Drugs and young people

With a focus on Brief Interventions this one day course is a must for those working with young people, improving confidence and knowledge in identifying young people who are misusing alcohol. We explore how intervene appropriately so that young people at risk can be identified earlier and be able to access effective and appropriate support. The course gives a comprehensive overvivew of alcohol awareness and information and shows how to identify signs and symptoms of misuse. We show how to give advice and support to young people at and how to practically reduce alcohol-related harm.

Additionally ALL participants will gain access to a wide range of resources, including educational materials, referral networks, and support services.
