Learn how to lead groups and develop your facilitation skills through an exploration of group roles, hidden dynamics, facilitator styles, methods of intervention and stages of group development. This course is both experiential and theory based. This specialist training will make you more aware of what goes on in groups so you can facilitate them better. by giving you the skills & experience to energize yourself and your practice. You will increase awareness and depth of work, further develop capacity and confidence, and learn to integrate some gestalt approaches into your group work. A must for any teacher or youthworker, this course is aimed at staff from a range of disciplines and teams currently facilitating a group or with the aspiration to start and facilitate a group.
