Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a skills based intervention that aims to support self-efficacy and resolve ambivalence facilitating confidence in your clients to bring about significant cognitive or behavioural change. An evidenced-based, person-centred way of building on existing strengths supporting clients to positively grow and change.

Teaching and practicing the essential skills and spirit of MI. The course is interactive, with lots of group work discussions, skills practice and examples of how MI can work.
