Mental Health and Gaming – Whats the problem?​


PSHE sessions that create awareness around social gaming, gambling and addiction, in a school environment or youth setting among young people.

Gaming and Social Gaming are enjoyed by lots of young people of all ages. It provides them with a range of online activities, most of which are safe and responsible.


 However, there is growing evidence that some young people are now finding gaming more problematic in terms of the time and money which it takes, as well as the impact which it can have on mental health and wellbeing.

These interactive sessions designed by KIP Education looks at some of the main issues being raised such as:

These interesting and innovative workshops includes films, discussions, data and guidance and can be used in conjunction with other e-safety information programs.
We deliver workshops in an informal and interactive manner. We steer clear of lecture-style presentations and encourage dialogue through facilitating conversation and engaging in thought-provoking and fun activities.
