Gaming and Social Gaming are enjoyed by lots of young people of all ages. It provides them with a range of online activities, most of which are safe and responsible. However, there is growing evidence that some young people are now finding gaming more problematic in terms of the time and money which it takes, as well as the impact which it can have on mental health and wellbeing.
These interactive sessions designed by KIP Education looks at some of the main issues being raised such as:
What do we mean by social gaming?
What’s the problem?
Types of products on the market
Disappearing time and money
Mental Health – Signs of addiction
Mental Health – Results of gaming addiction

We have just had a fabulous day with KIP Education. The children were so engaged throughout the workshops. Charlotte put them at ease from the beginning, assuring them that nothing was too big or small to talk about. The children were encouraged to lead the questions and they were able to ask anything they wanted.
As a teacher, I learnt so much which will help me develop and expand our PSHE curriculum in school. A super day!
