This mini-training course is designed for those who wish to teach ‘The Calmer Classroom’ programme to either 7-11-year old’s or 12-17-year old’s. The training consists of real time lessons, pedagogy sessions, discussion groups and opportunities to practice the lessons with each other.
This training course is a perfect blend of theory and practical skills that you can use in your school or youth setting.
The ‘The Calmer Classroom’ programme has key techniques and session/lesson plans to teach good practices in mindfulness & gratitude that promote resilience & help children lead healthier psychological lives.
The Calmer Classroom programme is delivered by accredited Success & Wellbeing Life Coach (Animas Centre for Coaching). Kim specialises in mind-body connection, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, self-regulation, mindfulness and cultivating creativity.
Kim’s experience extends to schools, youth setting and corporations. As well as running her own private practice.
