Most workshops run for 45 to 60 minutes, though we can adapt the length to fit your timetable. Longer sessions allow for more discussion and questions.
We primarily work with young people aged 11 to 18, tailoring content and language to suit different year groups. We can discuss your specific needs when you get in touch.
Yes. We work with schools and organisations to identify which topics matter most to their young people. You can select from our full range or combine several areas.
We deliver workshops to mixed groups as standard. Single-gender sessions can be arranged if that suits your setting better.
