Terms and Conditions

• Booking Process: Public event tickets are sold exclusively through Eventbrite. All other school/ organisations or corporate bookings are finalised via a signed Provision of Training Agreement.

• Cancellation Policy: As per our standard agreement, cancellations within one week of the start date incur a 75% fee, and cancellations within the second week incur a 50% fee.

• Intellectual Property: All workshop and training content, including topics such as Substance Misuse and County Lines, remains the property of KIP Education Services.

• Professional Conduct: KIP Education provides all services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with current laws regarding Equal Opportunities and Safeguarding.
